PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

SALES TAX

A sales tax of 9.5% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks from date of purchase. During the holiday season (October – December) please allow 3-4 additional days for orders to ship.

We only ship within the 48 Continental United States.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Ground shipping $12
2-day shipping $32 
Overnight shipping $45 

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only.

RETURN POLICY

Because all orders are personalized, items are non-returnable and non refundable. Please note, that we cannot accept returns for monograms or personalization entered incorrectly. 

In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four {24} hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.
